The Schenectady County Bar Association is celebrating its 100th anniversary. The SCBA has been providing professional and community service since incorporated in 1916, including continuing legal education, mentoring, public information and legal services programs.
“I am particularly proud to
be leading the Schenectady County Bar at this time as we celebrate one hundred
years of promoting the legal profession and the administration of justice,”
said the SCBA President, the Hon. Mark L. Powers, Schenectady County Family
Court Judge and Acting Supreme Court Justice. “We look forward to exploring new
ways of furthering the goals of our association while honoring its history.”
